VaporLock™ is a concrete admixture designed to work with the free water and various components of the cement to create a non-hygroscopic concrete that allows the on time installation of today's VOC Free moisture sensitive water based coatings and adhesives, including flooring.

VaporLock™ is used in applications where it is desirable to bond moisture senstive coatings and adhesives to any concrete surface including flooring, roofing, fluid applied air barriers or below grade water proofing.

VL 40/40 has all the benefits of VaporLock™ admixtures, waterproofs, vapor proofs, internal wet curing and shrink reduction but it contains an added element the stops corrosion of reinforcing steel. VL 40/40 accomplishes this without losing strength or causing the concrete to fast set. This is a cutting edge technology that has already been widely employed in a variety of large scale projects.
